Do you advise listed companies on investor relations?
Yes. Investor Relations and financial communications are capabilities covered within Strategic Advisory, with specialist partner coordination when the mandate requires it: equity story, analyst and investor presentations, CNMV filings, quarterly reporting, annual report and advisory on milestone transactions such as IPOs, tender offers or capital increases. The founder has 15 years of experience in financial communications in Spain.
Can you manage reputational crisis situations?
Yes. Reactive communications and response under media pressure are covered within Institutional & Corporate Communications: prior risk audit, stakeholder mapping, contingency plans, response protocols, message under pressure and coordination with legal and financial advisers. Immediate availability for active mandates.
Do you work with Boards of Directors?
Yes. We advise Boards of Directors and General Shareholder Meetings on the preparation, messaging and positioning of sensitive communications. It is a service within Strategic Advisory, with direct senior oversight.
